Milestone Property Management

Scam artists!! Do not trust them. They kept my entire security deposit of $1200 for a unit that was perfectly clean. Residents around us harassed us (throwing bloody tampons on our car) and no one ever did anything. We were forced to move out. No one to talk to about it and they refused to give us any credit for prorating our rent even though we moved out on the 23rd of June. Horrible place to rent. Do not rent from them. I live in a building managed by Milestone, the Interurban Apartments. Since Milestone took over management from another company (roughly a year ago): 1. A man in meth-induced psychosis who was hiding in the attic of my building smoking cigarettes near exposed insulation fell part way through my neighbor's ceiling. He was able to access the attic because his girlfriend lives in the building, and because the attic was accessible using a building key. There is no reason for anyone, including residents, other than management to be able to access that space. Milestone responded to the incident by sending a text to all residents the next day saying, "Help choose your neighbors! For a limited time, we are offering referral gift cards in the amount of $250! . . ." 2. Someone dismantled the singl

Please email me in the interest of documentation and so I know who I'm actually talking to. This is very unprofessional. I live at Arbor Place Townhomes, and have also left a review there, but I have been in contact with Milestone for the greater part of a year regarding security/harassment issues at my complex that have not been addressed. I DO NOT recommend living at Arbor Place Townhomes or ANYWHERE managed my Milestone frankly, until their management issues and security issues are addressed. My partner and I recently moved into a Milestone Property. We had an ant problem and they were very timely with our maintenance request. Donny came out to help and he was awesome!! I wanted to give him a shout out because he did such a great job. Kristina has also been very responsive and accommodating during our whole move in process.

They bought and took over my apartment complex about a year ago now. They genuinely only care about making money having raised rent over 500$ for almost everyone in my complex once our leases ended, having done nothing but add required parking permits making you pay 25$ a month for an extra spot... They don't care about you, just your money!
