Susan was our realtor on a property we purchased from another individual. She handled all the paperwork we needed and booked a lawyer for us when we signed the deed. Great experience and highly recommend her.

I had property to sell in Glade Valley but lived in another county and was not able to be actively involved in the sale.Vicki Bartlett was wonderful.She went so far beyond what a realtor usually does. We stayed at the Marvin Shoals Hideaway and it was truly peaceful and very relaxing. We enjoyed getting out in the river and having fun with the kayakers and floaters. We will be back. Susan did a great job working with us! Sparta is a great little town with lots of smiling faces.!

Vickie Bartlett 5 stars!!!!!! My husband and I were in somewhat a unique situation. We were looking for property anywhere in VA, NC and even open to TN and WV. So needless to say we had multiple realtors working with us from across those 4 states. We had a fairly long list of non negotiable's and had almost every realtor tell what we weren't going to get or that our wants and price point we're not going to happen. We held strong, remained patient and through Vickie, had a Realtor that never told us those things. Vickie went above and beyond to find our home. She was kind, patient, and understanding.
