They are good but every month I go to take my aged mother's rent check in to them they are closed and the lady complains that she has to open up. Why have an office if you do not want to work? I work in a sensitive job downtown and you should not complain about me coming in at noon.

So far I have had a very good experience with this office in my building. They are very attentive to calls to repair damage to the apartments. The people in the offices are very friendly, both those who are present and those who help by phone.

They maintain unsafe conditions for residents - building problems include gas leaks, insufficient heat & dirty water to name a few. Management is unresponsive and rude.

Faster, convenient way to pay your rent. The management is conveniently located around the area of the building.
