Milano Lakes Apartments

After living at Milano Lakes Apartments for 5 years, I’m relieved to say we’ve moved out—but unfortunately, our troubles didn’t end there. First off, they charged us a ridiculous $20 move-out fee just to move out and billed us to replace five pieces of laminate flooring that were damaged by their poorly installed front door. The door kept scratching the floor the entire time we lived there, and yet they made us pay for the damage they caused. Additionally, they charged us to polish the stove and repaint the apartment, and change the carpets even though Florida law clearly states that landlords cannot charge tenants for normal wear and tear, especially after five years of residency. We had a wonderful experience thanks to Nathalie. She was very kind, attentive, and explained every detail with great patience. She also showed us the entire place and answered all our questions. Her professionalism and warmth made the visit very pleasant. Without a doubt, excellent service that left us with a great impression of the apartment.

Natalie at the front office was very helpful and informative. She did a great job at explaining everything and answering all my questions. Would definitely recommend to talk to her if you’re interested in these apartments!👍🏽

Going on over 1 month here at Milano Lakes Apartments and I must say I am very happy and so is my family. From the office management to the maintenance personnel it all has all been top notch treatment.

I love it there at Milano lakes they respond to you any time you need her right away and the property very safe to live there and very quiet clean staff are great. PLEASE CHECK THE APARTMENT AND SEE FOR YOUR SELF .
