Review for The Milano Apartments Upon opening my email, I received a statement listing all the charges I supposedly owe after moving out. Before anything else, I want it known that this is the same apartment complex that placed me in a unit I did not request. From the day I moved in, the apartment had multiple serious issues. There were stains on the floor, a broken mirror in the kitchen (which I sent photos of to management and also mentioned during a recorded phone call), a rat infestation, and a roach infestation that I ended up handling myself. There was also a strong foul odor throughout the unit, which I was told was coming from the sewage. On top of this, when I opened my cabinets and drawers, there was boric acid everywhere—on the shelves, inside the drawers, and scattered thro

Brianne was incredibly nice and welcoming when I visited the property. She was very informative throughout the entire visit. What really stood out to me—and what made me want to leave a review—was that she genuinely invited feedback, whether good or bad. She mentioned that even constructive criticism would be appreciated so she could improve. Overall, she did a great job.

I toured Milano Apartments with Inayah and she was absolutely amazing. From the moment we started, she was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to show the community. She answered every question clearly, never rushed the tour, and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. You can tell she really knows the property and cares about making sure you find the right fit. If you’re considering Milano, definitely ask for Inayah she’s a star.

I moved to this complex December 2025, the staff has been outstanding ‼️ Upon inspection of my unit there were a few things that were missed, but when I spoke to mgmt (Aniyah) she was very apologetic and immediately got the maintenance team out to rectify the issues. No work order goes unnoticed, they are prompt and professional. Ms Whitney (mgr) was truly a joy to meet, she genuinely cared about my needs and making my home a pleasant place to live. Thank You Milano Team ❤️

I recently toured this property and had a great potential resident experience. In particular, I was impressed with Whitney! She was very helpful, answered all of our questions, and was genuinely interested in the list of must haves I wanted in my new apartment. Overall it was a very pleasant experience!
