Staff & maintenance is very nice . Something needed to be fixed they was out the same day . Peaceful neighborhood for the most part.
I was scared to move to a whole other county!!!! But here at North side Terrace I feel safe. I have an apartment been waiting a little while ( God's will ) across from main office. And to the employees here they have been so great to me all kind of ways they are Excellant!!!! So glad I got in this peaceful neighborhood. Lo Love my neighbors next to me. IM SO BLESSED
I would not recommend this to anyone management is screwed up only thing good about this is the maintenance people other than that it's jacked up
