Mila Realty is the absolute most responsive and reliable real estate management company in America. I have rentals from NC to Florida to Texas. I've been both a landlord and a renter. From both positions, Mila has treated me better than all other real estate management companies combined. When it comes to maintenance on my homes, Mr. Paul Williams and Steven Tavares are extremely fast and efficient while taking care of my homes. I have 100% trust and confidence in them. Ms. Lyubimova is the fastest working lady I have ever met in real estate. Whether it's questions about rent, tenants, or a new lease, Ms. Lyubimova is the most reliable person I have ever worked with. Mila Realty is a gem when it comes to property management. They have a great staff but I want to specifically highlight Paul Williams. He has gone above and beyond in his role as a property manager. Excellent communication, speedy service, professional responses, and so much more. Where things might've gone wrong with my property, Paul is there to make it right.
