We used Miken to build a custom water-front home in Fenwick Island, DE. I interviewed 6+ premium builders in the area and decided to go with their team. We felt comfortable enough doing an agreement with them to do design-assist/ pre-construction services and we did not bid out the plans. They were also highly recommended by our architect, Chris Pattey - Becker Morgan Group. The Miken team was very accommodating to order material early and store it to help prevent project delays due to material delays during COVID. The build process allowed us to get into the house in about 9 months, which is almost record breaking for the area/ scope. The attention to detail and care for quality makes Miken a great builder that we would highly recommend.

My wife and I asked MIKEN Builders to build our retirement home at the beach a couple years ago.
