When my mother's medical condition necessitated moving her from her to a living facility out of state, we had to sell her lake property late in the season as interest rates were rising. Mike was referred to us and came out and met with Mom and I. He gave us a realistic evaluation of the property and told us that he was confident the property would sell -- and sell quickly.
