First of all, Mike is one of the most funny and genuine people out there. He never over promises and under delivers because he’s that good at his job. I had someone different before I was referred to him, I was told no and didn’t qualify for multiple houses for 7 months and Mike worked his magic within a month to get me into my home granted we had limited time to work with before closing. I would not recommend working with Gina based on my experience. Unfortunately, she was consistently unprofessional, unreliable, and failed to follow through on multiple promises. Communication was extremely poor—she often wouldn’t return calls or messages, and even after setting clear expectations, she continued to miss important deadlines, including sending critical pre-approval letters when she said she would. She even "mistakenly" informed a sellers agent that we were no longer using her as our lender, creating confusion unnecessarily when she did not confirm with us as the buyers.
