Mike Burroughs Inspections

Poor communication & worst inspection I’ve ever had. I had to instruct him to put the large hole in the wall in the inspection that he missed. We ended up buying the house & found a lot of extra work that needed to be done. Big items like a leaking toilet (needs full replacement), multiple leaks under the kitchen sink (needs new tubing & garbage disposal), & a rotted out kitchen cabinet. Things that we could’ve had the seller pay for. Very disappointed.

Mr. Burroughs recently inspected my home and did an excellent job. He prepared a thorough report listing everything including things that needed immediate attention. His reports are very detailed and easy to follow as he provides pictures and the resolutions for them, which I like 100%. Mr. Burroughs is very knowledgeable because he has over 25 years of experience. Need I say more!!! He was my lifesaver!! If you need a home inspection, please contact Mr. Burroughs.
