Midwest Pole Barns

Hired Midwest to build a 34 × 84 barn, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Mark came out to our property, walked the site with us, and clearly explained everything we could expect—both verbally and in writing. From the start, communication was excellent and every step was laid out in a straightforward, honest way. Once the permits and site preparation were finished, materials were delivered right on schedule and Jason and his crew got to work immediately. I am extremely pleased with my pole barn that was built by Midwest Pole Barns. I believe Mark tries to be as accommodating and flexible as possible with regard to how much the owner is involved in building prep to allow them to save money on that aspect if they desire. With me, he was very flexible regarding the build schedule after we had signed the contract. Since this is a part time home, that allowed me time to get the necessary permits and have the site prep work performed (mainly leveling the site with fill). He explained up front when we signed the contract that I would be paying separately for the materials and the individual crews, so that was no surprise. Hired Midwest to build a 24 X 36 barn. Mark came to our home and walked the site, everything expected of us was plainly spelled out verbally as well as in writing. We obtained the necessary permits and site improvement, the materials were delivered in a timely manner, and Jason and crew went to work. Very courteous and professional, they put on a clinic and were done in two days. The crew from Prince and Walter concrete followed immediately to pour the floor, another outstanding job. A delay with the overhead doors but that was expected from the start. We would highly recommend Midwest and thank Mark and his crews for great work!

I had the privilege of having these guys build my 30’X48’ barn. Everything went great, from first meeting with Mark about what I needed, to working with Carter Lumber for delivery process. Jamie and his entire crew showed how much they love what they do, and how much pride they take in their work. Thanks again. Definitely a great build!!!
