We recently had the pleasure of working with Tammy when we sold our parents’ home. Tammy was very professional, considerate, and helpful, and she was always there to answer any questions that we had. She went out of her way to assure that every detail was taken care of which was very important to my siblings and I, as we were all dealing with the process long distance. She handled the entire estate sale and contacted all the contractors for us. She was extremely professional, and she made the process seamless. We were selling our home and also looking to buy a home and chose to use Jessica as our agent and I cannot day enough positive things about working with her. There were several hang ups with the mortgage company we were working with and Jessica was instrumental in assuring the deal did not fall through with the home we were buying. She is extremely hard working and was always available when we needed a question answered, information sent to the mortgage company and the sellers! She also worked hard for us when working to get the beat possible price for our home we were selling! Tammy did an excellent job in helping us sell my mom’s home. From the first time we contacted her until the final closing she kept us updated on everything. We came from Colorado to Kansas with a realtor already in mind and at the last minute that realtor petered out! We left a message with Jessica's office and the next morning (early) she and I talked and I gave her a list of homes we HAD to see the next day because we needed to get back to Colorado. Jessica was GREAT! a real trooper, she set up appointments and we looked at 5 or 6 houses and made an offer that weekend. Jessica went above and beyond corresponding with us in Colorado as we needed to purchase a home ASAP! She texted, emailed and called when it was warranted. She made purchasing a home in a different state as painless as possible! I believe she advocated for us and kept our best interest in mind. I have worked with other realtors but by far Jessica is the BEST!!!
