Midtown Square Apartments

I moved here in May of 2025 and so far I have loved it! My application was approved quickly and the move-in process was very quick and easy on the resident. I leased a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Pros: -very spacious -nice residential view -right off Michigan Avenue and Venoy -rent is reasonable -clean pool -friendly management Cons: -no balcony/porch -no washer/dryer in unit -no covered parking -loud music a lot of the time, feels like the apartment is vibrating from everyone's loud car radios day and night. (Update 12-24: this would now be my #1 complaint living here, but not the apartment management company's fault. Always infront of my apartment blasting awful, bassy music. Lived here for over two years and was extremely happy with my home! Management was always super helpful and quick to respond. Kelley was always happy to help with inquiries or provide suggestions and support! Maintenance was always a top priority and communication was great. Although we lived close to Michigan Ave we were in a quiet neighborhood with lots of greenery. The pool was always clean and they often had events for residents going on. Definitely would recommend this place!

Living here with mom since 2008 and always a new experience with something! Waiting for that pool to always open is the best and feeling really safe with new doors and carpet is nice and changed (both needed it) and so many memories with friends that came and went away. Never had a disappointing moment or never felt unsafe. I definitely recommend.

We have lived here a little over two years and love it!! Safe area, located right next to the hospital, schools are nearby, management is amazing always making sure any concerns are addressed in a timely fashion, the pool is a plus, central air is the best, and I couldn't live without my dishwasher!!

Honestly exceeded my expectations. For the price, can't beat it. Apartments are insulated well, Really only very rarely hear my neighbors if nothings going on in my apartment. Management seems to really care about the property. Been doing little upgrades/upkeep since moving in. And management themselves have had great communication. Really only "complaint" id have is the building doesn't have buzzers so when I have friends over i actually have to go to main door to let them in. But building is so small that that's very minor inconvenience.
