was moved into this complex while nine months pregnant and immediately experienced severe flooding within my first few days. Management then relocated me to a different unit just days before I gave birth—only for that unit to be filled with mold. Because of this, I was forced to leave my home and stay elsewhere until they moved me back to the original unit. Since returning, management left a hole in my wall that allows visibility directly into my neighbor’s unit. That hole remained unrepaired for seven months. As a result, cigarette smoke from the neighboring unit now enters my apartment. My child’s belongings smell like smoke, and this has directly affected our living environment. My health and my child’s health have been at risk for the past eight months due to flooding, mold exposure,

Bria did absolutely amazing at helping my fiancé and I feel supported during our move in process , quick and no games . One of the few complexes around that can be firm and personable . Truly appreciate her help , the amenities are great here and her as a property manager is doing her thing up here with renovating the complex!!! Shoutout to Jose as well , with the renovations they have done you can tell he takes contracting seriously and knows what he’s doing !!! Great team all around !

Bria, was helpful , helping my elderly mother, she went above and beyond, helping her fill the application. Downloading social security documents . She was very patient doing all that can’t ask anyone else better for the Job other than Bria. And the apartments are very nice and well kept.

Updated review The management was working to improve the apartments but can't keep employees for longer than a few months. They continue to raise the rent and fix nothing about the apartments. Laundry on site if it works and your neighbors don't move your clothes cause they waited 2 minutes. Parking lot is trashed. They're real happy to raise the rent but never equip the ONE maintenance man to be able to take care of everything that gets piled on him. The leasing agents lie about what are deposits and what are fees. $1100 for a 2 bedroom here is borderline criminal. The location is convenient if you're fine dealing with the police being down the street all the time. The Y is right down the street if you need a Gym in walking distance.

We were having a really hard time finding an apartment with no credits, but this place helped us get an apartment. Jocelyne was so kind and patient with us. I really appreciate their customer service skills. We’re just about to move in, so I’m not sure how well management is or if there’s any problem with the place but it is renovated and it looks really nice on the inside. Outside is pretty clean as well, we’re so excited to move into the community! UPDATE I’ve recently moved out of this apartment, and they’re still a 5 star apartment for me. I loved this apartment so much, and wish I didn’t need to move. I did break the lease because I had to move to WI, and they were so sweet and cooperative with me.
