I am sharing these photos and review as my daughters deposit was not given back to her, yet the apartment was cleaner when she moved out then when she moved in. 4 adults and 2 days of elbow grease and scrubbing to make it livable. If you move in now it’s clean because we cleaned it before we left unlike the tenants before. Broken blinds, glass in the carpet, bathroom in tots disgust, and many other things. The grease in the kitchen was deplorable!! I have photos of before and after and my daughter got $40 back from her deposit!! These are the before!! Scroll to the bottom to see them all. Pictures 11-18 are photos after she moved out. Yet they were charged $75 for apt cleaning and $50 for carpet cleaning. The haul away for $50 was her roommates stuff left not by my daughter.

Dee Myers, and the Owner of Midtown Realty and Development, are some of the most unprofessional, unconsolable, and inconsiderate people I have ever met during my existence on this planet. I moved in mid Nov 2022. Our apartment had Central AC and heating, and was on our lease. We were informed the Central AC did not work at the time of moving in. I said this would be fine, so long as it was fixed by spring when things would get warm. She assured us it would be. I work in Landscaping, so I need a cool home to return to in order to rest for the next day of hot work. Dee Myers And Midtown Realty Advertised Security Doors. These "Security Doors" Lasted One Week. After Then, Both Doors Did Not Lock. They Remained This Way The Entire Duration Of Our Lease. Only Repairs To The Door Glass Was Made

These reviews are ridiculous. Due to my job I’ve had to move many times and had to deal with many landlords and leasing agents. Dee Meyers is one of the best. She was fantastic every step of the way and has been responsive to our repair needs. We had an electrical issue in part if the house that was promptly repaired and a plumbing issue in the kitchen was also dealt with swiftly. My family of four is very happy in the house Dee and Midtown helped us secure, and would recommend them to anyone.

I have been a loyal tenant of Midtown Realty and Management for several years. I have never had any issues with their services. They are always willing to to do what's necessary to make their tenants comfortable and happy. The staff is wonderful and genuinely care about their tenants. I would, and have, definitely recommended Midtown Realty to my friends.
