Midtown Park Apartments

If I could give zero stars I would. They moved me into a roach infested disgusted apt. That wasn’t clean at all my fridge literally had roaches in it when I moved in. Every photo you see and the show room they show you is not what you get. They lie and make “adjustments” or “there was a change” while you wait to be approved then you get a dump.among other gross things. You can’t even put food in the cabinets. I have the pictures and videos. Look the other way.

The move was super easy . The apartments were super clean.. the park is safe and kid friendly . I love how security rovers all night . I’m very happy with my move here . The staff is very friendly . … I take it back There are amazing and very fast making fixes .. THANKS

I have no words for this place other than property managers are not reliable and never nowhere to be find upped my rent until i had to move. Nasty neighbors above and next to me glad i left

Worst place to live in. My son lived there going to college. Rent is very high, no dependable internet, takes extra money for everything. No parking for all the residents. To make things worse they will send you a big bill after you leave even if you leave the apartment as you received. They are there just for money. I wish someone will sue them.

Shout out to the new owners and the young ladies in the office especially Miss Amber she is so nice and sweet respectful as well as miss Sonia I was nervous about the new ownership I went and spoke with Amber yesterday about my mailbox and go to check the mail yesterday brand new lock my mailbox works perfect now and hasn't worked like that and the four and a half years I've lived here they're really cleaning this place up they are on top of their game they make it where I don't want to move anymore I'm forever grateful for you guys and appreciate you guys so much for being understanding and working with us and shout out to the maintenance man they actually know what they're doing and they get it done in a professional and fast time no complaints on my end
