Neely Pearson and Midtown Mortgage are simply amazing. I dread all of the paperwork and drama involved in buying a home and she made it all so much fun. She is smart and competitive when looking for ways to get the best interest rates and had a list of things we would need ready for me when we first spoke. I emailed everything to her then took off on my lunch hour, signed all the papers needed and we were done. No fussing at all. We closed weeks earlier than anticipated and I could not be more pleased with the work Neely did for me. She Is Awesome!

I have actually bought TWO homes through Midtown Mortgage. I bought my first house in 2009 from Neely Shaw and I can't say enough great things about her. She was compassionate, understanding and worked up into the night on issues that we needed to clear up before closing. My second home, I bought in 2014, once again Neely to the rescue.
