The property has gone down hill since Ms. Connie left . Ms . Connie led the property very well and it was even ran well when Shelby was here ! Maintenance request were done on time ! Property was great over all ! Now ? Property is ran horrible work orders are not done in a timely matter at all !! It hasn’t gotten ridiculous ! Bring Connie back or hire someone who cares about the property !

They are unfair to the tenants. They don’t have a maintenance man to fix anything. When they get angry with you they want to evict you. Very unprofessional. The older lady miss shelly was great but miss claudette is a bad property manager for the complex.

The Property Manager Shelly was very sweet. There wasn’t an office anywhere but thankfully she was there already talking to someone and she took me around the complex. I was hesitant because it was not the best area. She told me that there aren’t any problems with this apartment complex and that I would have friendly neighbors. I do like that it was in my budget. Pet friendly. My only complaints is that the front parking lot is very close to the street and right next to a Burger King and you can hear them taking orders from the parking lot of the apartments. Nice place nice pool too.
