Midtown Cape Coral Apartments

Ms. Eileen and the regional manager made this process super quick and easy. This experience has been nothing short of phenomenal! Ms. Eileen from the start has been friendly, accommodating and answered all my questions, she’s awesome! The property is well kept, the apartments spacious and in a great location. I’m so excited I can’t wait to move into my next home!

This complex that claims to be a luxury place is one of the worst communities in all Cape Coral area... people smoking weed on stairs, cigarretes on the floor everywhere, the property manager have never has a positive attitude, any request or help you ask for, is always a negative answer, her name Jennifer Grzych one of the worst human been and incompetent women I ever know on my entire life. When you try to contact her about an issue she take more than a week to answer your calls. Have never has a solution for any request... Next step, (DBPR) complain will be open and at the Department of Bussiness and Professional Regulatios and at (FREC) The Florida Real Estate Commission.

We had appointment to take a tour. we took off work to make it work. It was raining, we get there and tell us we can't take a tour. I think a phone call could of been made so we didn't waste our time. To many apartments in Cape to choose from, I'm looking for customers service. I will be back.

I was there for 2 years. The gym and other common areas felt like home. The courtesy coffee machine was awesome. Miguel is very hard working and knowledgeable. He is truly an asset to the company. The grounds are very well maintained. The rents are a little steep considering there is no elevator service and no security. My building, 2310, had the clubhouse where parties were held. Unfortunately, the music was so loud at times; well past the legal time of 10pm. There is no security, so often times folks from the neighborhood would come over, and use the facilities, including the swimming pool, restroom, billiard table, and gym. Had to move out after the new management arrived. Rude, never cared about anything. Upon moving out, they came up with some fake charges to withhold from my deposit. Became pretty unsafe to stay there. Tons of non residents trashing the pool area in the evenings and on the weekends. All our friends moved out as well. What a shame. Clubhouse, Gym were always in decent order. Maintenance guy - Miguel was always friendly and helping out a lot. More and more tenants with ankle bracelets on home arrest were walking around. I extended the lease once but when the new management arrived - decided not to renew. They raised the rent for one bedroom up to $2000. Ungated community. Do not recommend.
