If you're looking for an apartment complex that you need to get into right away no if ands or buts about it, this is your place. Literally infested with homeless people. Maybe because 25% of the people that they lease to, are drug dealers! Every night there's about 20 homeless people on either side doing whatever they want, whenever they want, wherever they want. The management can't or won't do anything about it. I know they want to but the police just won't help them. Apparently people lighting fires under stairs and attacking anybody the ask them to move out of their way so they can get to their apartment isn't police priority. My experience here has been extremely negative due to numerous, ongoing problems. * Health and Safety Concerns: There is a significant mold issue throughout the complex. Additionally, I have witnessed frequent illegal activity, including open drug use, which creates an unsafe environment. * Lack of Management Response: The property manager has been unresponsive to repeated complaints regarding these serious issues. * Crime and Security: Crime is a persistent problem. Now Midtown 15! I work for the management company and owners who are renovating this property on a very large scale. I've watched properties get built from ground breaking, and this is close. I'm the maintenance supervisor and assist the PM here. Everything is going to be new!! Parking lot, exterior, interior, courtyard, and other amenities coming soon!!! I have been in multifamily for almost 15 years on many grades of properties. Resident satisfaction is a high priority to me and I take my job seriously. But I would be remiss if I did not express my disgust about living here, to hopefully save someone else the pain and anxiety of living in a nightmare hellhole like this place. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I moved in a year ago. Honestly, I don't know how I lasted that long with my sanity intact. Two weeks after I moved in, police and forensics were outside one of the units taking pictures and documenting evidence of bullet holes in the siding of one of the apartments - a drive-by shooting situation. A day after that, a young woman was shot and killed in the courtyard. A gentleman was murdered in another unit. Among many other incidents. While living there, I had to call the police 10 times in one year according to my phone records -

Living here has been a complete disaster. The apartment complex is infested with mold, and crime is rampant. Drug deals and smoking fentanyl in the laundry room and out in the open are common occurrences. The manager is completely unresponsive and refuses to address any of the problems. There is constant fighting, and it never stops. Garbage is everywhere, and packages are frequently stolen. The manager pretends to take action but never follows through. Make sure to keep all documentation, as she will try to claim you owe more money. The complex is very dark at night, and no one has any respect for the property. Drive-by shootings and at least one homicide a year are not uncommon. Burnt foil is scattered all over the property. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It’s not worth the
