This review is long over due. Midstate Mobile Home Sales is by far the best. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to purchase a mobile home. I can't say enough good about Jody my real estate agent...I lived n Ohio at the time of looking for property and a first time buyer who knew absolutely nothing about purchasing...especially 993 miles away. I had so many questions and never did Jody make me feel like she did not want to help and she always made me feel comfortable. We actually did a virtual tour and she walked me through each room and pointed out the good things as well as what may need some attention.
