Midlands Property Management

I had no prior eviction history before renting through Midlands Property Management. During my tenancy, I experienced extended maintenance delays, including a plumbing issue that took over three weeks to resolve. During that time, I was unable to use my bathroom or wash properly, which created significant hardship since I worked remotely. I also went approximately one year without a functioning bedroom light, despite submitting maintenance requests. These issues were never permanently resolved in a timely manner. When I raised concerns, I was informed that delays were related to owner approval and cost concerns. Regardless, as a tenant who paid rent on time, I expected the property to be maintained in habitable condition. Following these unresolved issues, I lost my remote employment and

I've completed my first year as a tenant for MPM. I would like to acknowledge the great experience I've received with this management company. First, they've always been a pleasure to contact, and speak with regarding anything. Maintenance have always been handled in a timely & pleasant manner. Most of all I have peace and comfort as tenant with MPM, and I'm elated to continue building my relationship here. With Gratitude!

I have been with midlands.property.management for six years they have always came when I call for something that need to be fixed never letting me down that's why I do not no why anyone would leave a bad review about them they are loving people that go out the way now if they can not just drop everything for someone some people like wrighting bad reviews be thankful for a roof over yo head give thanks they are the best to me. I can’t say enough good things about Marni and her team. During my two-year stay, they were always kind, prompt, and helpful, which I’m so grateful for. Would definitely recommend!

I'm looking into property management companies currently, and upon seeing how THIS property management company responds to those that gave low-star reviews and have explained how they have poor customer service and communication skills in their dealings with potential and current tenants, I would not even click the link to go to their website to view their offerings. They appear to be master gaslighters and their responses to negative reviews shows just how they TRULY are and how they operate.
