I had a great experience speaking with Casina. From the start, she made such a wonderful impression on me. She was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Casina is so personable and genuine, which made the whole conversation feel comfortable and easy. She made sure I understood everything and explained the mortgage process in a way that made it feel much less overwhelming. I really appreciated how thoughtful and thorough she was while walking me through things. It’s clear that she truly cares about helping people and making sure they feel confident and informed when making such important decisions. I’m very grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend working with Casina!

I hate this company and did not ask to have my mortgage with them. Chase sold my mortgage to them. I’ve worked so hard to get my credit score back up after some unfortunate events. I was finally back up into the Good range. I was less than 24 hours over the 30 day late mark for making my monthly mortgage payment to them. They wasted no time in reporting it to the credit bureau, who decreased my credit score by 54 POINTS because of this, and now I’m back down into the Fair range. This company sucks.

I cannot wait to get away from this company. Every year I deal with them failing to pay my homeowners insurance but this year took the cake. They sent Georgia Farm Bureau a bulk check for $20,000.00+ and then the check was either insufficient funds or they stopped payment. Now many of us may not have it paid in time to keep insurance coverage pr pay our insurance pit of pocket yet again and maybe get reimbursed or maybe not. I personally do not have an extra $2,700.00. Im so over this company. They do not even deserve one star!!!!!

I'll be completely honest - treat the agents on the phone with kindness and YOU WILL get out of any tough situation. I see alot of people on here be so tough and pressing on the agents over the phone. Kindness will get you far. Take a deep breath, tell them your situation, and I promise they will get you through with many options. I had the experience of helping a friend out of forclosure, TWICE.
