Middletown Manor Apartments

The lack of care for tenants when it comes to the bees on the property is unreal. An elderly woman almost fell trying to defend herself from the many bees that inhabit the property. You cannot sit outside your door without them flying right to you. Worst is pulling up and getting out your vehicle. They are right at your window. Who has to suffer an allergy attack from being stung for them to hire an exterminator???? It's 2023 this should of been handled before spring started.

Calm atmosphere. Not many kids I saw there. Not crowded. I went to look for a place. One thing I didn't like was what she's told me "we will charge more because the apartment has been refurbished". I didn't understand where that logic came from. It is the advertised price she can charge, as I understand..

These apartments are well laid out. Maintenance is a little slow. But they are in a area that is building up.

I know some folks who have been living here for yrs.
