My previous doublewide was destroyed by a truck running into it and splitting it in half. Middletown Homes considered my case as an emergency and speeded up the process to get me into my new home sooner. They were professional and everyone knew what their job was. A te effort got me into my home sooner I could celebrate my first Thanksgiving there. I’m glad I drove into that parking lot that day.

Visited today to tour a modular home. Johnathan was amazing! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and informative, provided all the information we needed to help make our decision. Unfortunately we are not in an area where Middletown Homes can sell/deliver for us, but he took the time for us just the same. Wonderful experience.
