Richelle was very informative and helpful! She helped make sure we both (my fiance and myself ) would qualify to apply before spending the money on the application fee and getting denied! She stayed on top of keeping me informed and updated throughout the process. I would recommend working with her if you need to get into a home or even have questions. Lord knows I blew her email up with a whole bunch with 1001 questions! 😂 She was very sweet on answering them all in a timely matter. She got us approved and in our home within a week! She did everything she could to accommodate our needs and make sure we were happy and satisfied! And that we very much are 🥰 I am very appreciative of her. Looking forward to renting with her and this company. 😊

Easily the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company. Youd expect that paying 2000 dollars a month in beaufort sc got you good service, but its actually quite the opposite. The maintenance and inspection department in this company is the WORST I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Lets run through the whole story. 1st major issue: I bought a trampoline and put it in my backyard. They gave me crap about this trampoline for 3 months saying that I broke my lease and trying to charge me fees, and after emailing them with no response basically and just ignoring what I had to say for 3 months, I left a bad review and FINALLY got someone from the company to review my lease and see that in fact, a trampoline did NOT break my lease. 3 months! They hire people who do not know

I had the pleasure of working with Richelle, she was extremely helpful and emailed me back almost instantly. Every-time I had a question or needed help she had the answer and sent me links. Overall the experience was extremely quick and helpful.

Middleton Street Property Management was fantastic. Our house rented in 8 days over the Christmas holidays!! A special thanks to Malory for getting the process started so easily and Donna for securing the rental so quickly. You are both great!!
