My wife and I rented from Middleton Property for several years. Middleton and the owner David Lagueux told us that we were great tenants right up until it was time to get my security deposit back. I received nothing within the 30 day requirement for a security deposit or any reason why I should not as they are required to do. Now it’s more then 2 1/2 months since I vacated the tental with their permission and still nothing. My wife has since past away and I’m on my own.Because it’s been so long I am now entitled to twice the deposit amount. Remember that if you rent from them. I am holding both of them responsible.
