Middlebrooke Apartments

I was truly surprised by the wonderful hospitality at the reception and the overall cleanliness of Middlebrook Apartments. The staff clearly care about the residents — they keep a close eye on the building to ensure everyone’s satisfaction. My room is spotless, quiet, and comfortable — I never hear any noise from my neighbors. The panoramic view from my apartment is absolutely amazing, and the location adds great value, especially being so close to one of the best schools in Maryland. At first, I was a bit misled due to some miscommunication with emails and appointments, and I even left a review out of frustration a couple of months ago. I had a really great experience with the leasing office. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Every time I had a question or needed help, they responded quickly and took the time to explain everything clearly. During my stressful times, they were always very understanding and professional. They truly care about the residents and do their best to make everything smooth and stress-free. They also responded immediately to any issues in the apartment. I felt very comfortable communicating with them, and they were always patient and kind. Thank you so much for your support and professionalism — it really makes a big difference!

Middlebrookes (5015 Battery lane ) apartment is an amazing apartment building, the location is excellent, with easy access to the public transportation and local amenities, hardwood floors ,no pests and animals and a gorgeous balcony that you can decorate overall the home is beautiful and I love it.The manager of the leasing office is super kind and helpful and explained it thoroughly when we moved in . The maintenance team are also friendly .

Amazing property! Gates Hudson has been doing an amazing job since taking over property management last year. They just renovated the lobby and I'm excited for the rollout of the new gym equipment this Spring!
