Middle Town Ridge

I have lived at Middletown Ridge twice now. Once back in 2005/2006 and now again for a year and a half. It's a great community with excellent maintenance team and propert management and leasing people.

We have been current residents for a short time and have had a good experience so far! Lee has been very friendly and accommodating in the leasing office and the maintenance team is punctual as well as efficient. Other than that it has so far been quiet and a nice time as we settle in.

Eternity was an amazing resource to have during the process and would highly recommend for newcomers to reach out and see what she has to offer! Overall great experience!

DO NOT MOVE HERE – THIS PLACE IS NASTY Living here has been a disgusting experience. I saw a roach in my apartment and immediately put in a request for pest control. A full week went by with complete silence from management. When I finally went into the leasing office to follow up, they casually told me that because I didn’t take a picture and because the apartment isn’t “infested,” they weren’t going to do anything. They also tried to brush it off by saying it was just a “wood roach.” I’ve lived in New York City my entire life — I know what a regular roach looks like. Don’t insult my intelligence. To top it off, the woman in the leasing office made sure to let me know that the neighbors above me had a roach infestation. So they admit it’s in the building, just not “my unit” — and that
