Middle Country Meadows

Love our townhome. Spacious with garage and full unfinished basement. Plenty of storage. Rent is in line with similarly appointed communities. But love that its new. Its a new 55+ community so construction is still going on. Clubhouse and pool (not open this past summer) not completed yet. Still waiting for some minor things no blinds installed but temp paper blinds are provided, trash bins provided no door pick up, mail central location delivered, packages however are delivered to your door. So considering that pool , clubhouse, putting green,bocceball and pickle ball courts not available yet. Imo rents should reflect that. They are advertised, but not ready. We moved into this apartment complex in January with the expectation—based on both the leasing office and their website—that we’d have access to a swimming pool, gym, pickleball and bocce courts, and other advertised amenities. It’s now mid-July, the temperature is hitting 90+ degrees, and not a single one of these amenities exists. The main building is still unfinished, the pool hasn’t even been started, and there’s no sign of the promised courts or gym. Despite paying nearly $3,750 a month (yes, almost $4,000), we’re essentially living in a construction zone with none of the benefits we were promised. We’ve been living at Middle Country Meadows since March and absolutely love our townhouse. During our apartment search, nothing else came close in terms of space and value—this was by far the best option we found. I’m not sure what some of the recent reviews are referring to, but our experience has been nothing but positive. Anytime we reach out to John or Jeanine, they respond almost immediately, and maintenance requests are always handled quickly. Also, it was thoroughly communicated that the amenities would not be ready for a while as it’s a new construction community. They do not charge an amenities fee and will not even once the clubhouse is ready. We truly love living here and have no complaints.

Extremely Disappointed – False Promises and Terrible Management at Middle Country Meadows If I could give zero stars, I would. When we signed our lease at Middle Country Meadows, we were promised a luxury living experience—complete with a pool, pickleball and bocce courts, a gym, and townhouse-style living. All of these amenities were supposed to be ready by spring. It’s now July, and there has been absolutely no progress. The pool hasn’t even been started, the courts don’t exist, and the main building remains unfinished. Parking is another major issue.
