Today I would like to publicly share that tempers flared including the manager at Midas in Greensprings today. I personally did not curse anyone out I just chose to stay with my car after seeing that they were unable to remove it off the bracket? I was not treated fairly at all because the manager knew they were at fault. And then he decided to put all the blame on me? I don’t work on cars ? So how is my oil filter gasket my issue? First of all those have to be removed with a special tool? And it was broken by the mechanic. They are to have explain myself and the public how it was broken! When I was not told it was broken until he tried to get me to sign a form giving them permission to fix it!! I refused . Because he still didn’t explain why was this gasket even broken? .
