Mid Atlantic Regional Abstract

I cannot recommend this company at this time because of my experience with them. I sold my house this week and this company was used to process funds. I did not receive a closing sheet until a few hours before closing and did not have time to amend an error with the final sewer payment. I asked for the funds received to be wired, but the transaction didn't occur until more than 24 hours after the property closed (after 3PM nonetheless before a holiday weekend). Specifically, I called and Colleen stated the wire was completed before 3 PM. She stated the bank was waiting to accept the payment.
