I have rented from Mid-Atlantic Properties at two of their locations over the past few years. They are by far the best landlord I have had in my ten years of renting office space. Their professionalism, generosity, attention to detail, friendliness, responsiveness and solution-oriented mindset is like the old-fashioned customer service that is so often lacking these days. They are immediately responsive to any building issue I’ve had. They keep their grounds well-manicured, and their buildings inside and out are clean and well-maintained. Every staff member from groundskeepers, building maintenance, leasing associates, property management and administration have been genuinely friendly and responsive to any questions and needs. I've had 84 degree temperatures in my office for most days this summer from my Mid-Atlantic managed building! This company refuses to make repairs, or provide any alternatives within my office space. They purchased the building where I have my lease, and have been trying to push me out since the moment they met me. They've also pushed out nearly everyone else in the building, refusing to renew leases, and pressuring us to leave. I've would strongly advise you to never lease from Mid-Atlantic Properties.

I have been renting office space with Mid Atlantic Properties for over 3 years now It was a big leap for me moving into an office space. The leasing agent Lily was understanding and helped me navigate the best options for my needs and budget She helped me find the space I have been renting for the last 3 years and has been very helpful as I now decide if I want a second location. I have never had any issues with my space and anytime I call to ask a question the property manager always calls me back the same day. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to lease space with them

I would never rent from Mid Atlantic Properties building ever again. They have very poor customer service. I've complained about a significant HVAC problem in my building, and they've never taken it seriously.
