Mickley Run Apartments

I wasn’t going to make a review in fact I was dreading doing so. This place is outrageous not only did they make the water heater smaller and not enough for an entire building but I can’t even give my kid a warm bath at night because the water is always cold and even if you put it to the hottest temperature and wait 15 minutes it’s still so freezing and the rent goes up every year and for what a frozen bath. This is just dumb really dumb and it should be taken care of I can’t even get a warm shower

The property is ok, hence there is an verbally aggressive maintenance, Stevan, who disrespected and aggravated me verbally and emotionally in front of my kids “yelling and screaming to me, to move because I was being watched”and accusing me of braking into my own apartment when I called for an emergency door repair. The management has not even had the decency to contact me or apologize for the outrageous and unacceptable behavior of Stevan.

Water is always getting shut off or not working or white and you need to leave it out all day before you can use it. Mr. Rooter is always here. The water heater is not enough for the entire building. Cops are in and out of this place and the children in the summer ride around hitting cars and the land Lord does nothing about it.

Agradable comunidad, ordenada, limpia, tranquila.
