Been searching for a home for several months now, and I've attended at least 50 open houses to date. Michelle is the rare listing agent who runs her own open house. I'm so used to finding an assistant at the open house. They are rarely well prepared and knowledgeable about the house being shown. I've had reps calling their agent or home office to get each question answered, or say "I don't know," or give an answer that is clearly incomplete/inaccurate. Michelle was exceptionally prepared, had all the answers, knew that house extremely well and had the patience of a saint. SOOOOO many listings have deceiving pictures, wide-angle lens shots, and carefully crafted positioningveryv, only to arrive and feel like it's a different house than the one you've been hawking on listings/zillow.

Michelle is a wonderful realtor, she helped us sell our home and buy a new one very quickly! She was always there to answer questions and show us houses.
