We were told by Michelle that if we paid full asking with no inspection contingency close in 3weeks and let the seller stay in house a few months to wait for new house to be built it would be a deal. We agreed within minutes with no counter offer. We signed a contract within the hour. She accepted our offer and sold it to a higher bidder. I would be ok if she mentioned that she’s looking for other bids. Again she told us that if we want the house these are the terms which we agreed. Very unethical way of doing business. Stay away
