Michelangelo Apartments

I give it 0 stars i been living here since 1999 and when i tell you its the worst living on 3rd floor between the floods that consume whole house to sewage backups and sewage gases consume whole apartment they do nothing but lil patch works on pipes and then tell you no more leaks we fixed it until it happens again I've lost so much property and lost so much of my grandkids stuff its a shame I fallen twice due to their neglect please don't move here we had no cooking for 9 months until sept 2025 that we got these cheap electric stoves I'm so over this I'm ready to move to another place such a shame i like my neighbors and the residents but the staff and management need to go we need people in place to help us not bring us down i been on news 12 several times for all the issues and still i

No stove for a year , the bulidings maintenance manager talks to you like your bothering him not to mention he has his son working with him another sarcastic joker this bulidings have gone down hill fast D rating from the city !! Had to change over to electric stoves because they destroyed the gas pipes when they remodel i say that with a side eye because everything they "supposedly fixed" or remodel was trash since they put in the kitchen cabinets broken refrigerators all breaking down they get the cheapest things they can get and charge us market rent! If i could give no stars I would and No one is helping us these bulidings are mainly older or disabled bronx folks.

Haven’t had a stove in almost a year, gave out bull crap hot plates that break easily, it took me to call 311 for them to come fix my bathroom ceiling that was falling down & mold in my tub, always has water problems, haven’t had hot water for about a week now. They have changed so much, now it’s a rat problem throughout the courtyards. We are not allowed to use the courtyards nor the community room for anything else besides When someone has passed way.
