I contacted Michael as a first-time home buyer looking to use the VA loan. He explained the process of applying for a mortgage and searching for home thoroughly, honestly, and kindly in a way that made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable. He drove almost two hours to meet me at an open house and fought tooth and nail to get my as much information as I needed to make a decision on the home. I did not end up buying a home that summer, but Michael was the only reason I came as close as I did. Michael is absolutely fantastic. I dragged him around to open houses all over the state of NH for a full year before finding my house. Mike was always there ready to go and was always genuinely interested in the properties and finding out info about them. Never felt like I was bothering him and was very easy to communicate with. Whenever I found a property I liked, Mike would send over tons of info and documents immediately. Scheduling showings was a breeze. Finally found “the one” after a whole year and couldn’t be happier. Mike fought to lower the price and we got a sizable amount off the home. Everyone else Mike recommended to me for finances, inspection, etc was fantastic as well.
