I would like to give a huge shout out to Michael Fritzgerald 11 for the selling of my bf home in Mechanicsville MD. We started out with another realtor that had thee home listed for 5 weeks and one showing. The other realtor brought us one offer that was way to low. I immediately fired that realtor and called Michael and he listed the home and it sold in 5 days with an attractive offer!! Mike was fantastic. I purchased my first home in 2018, and he helped sell my house for a lot more than what I paid for. I had multiple offers in the first weekend of "open house." I sold my house to the highest bidder and we began searching for my new home. I ended up picking a custom builder for my second house. It took approximately 14 months before closing. Mike was there every step of the way. He was patient, thoughtful, and caring throughout the entire process.
