Miars Farm Apartments

Bad place in a nice area but huge roaches ants very out dated and things break all the time my ac has went out 3 times in the hottest parts of summer winter heat went out and current have no kitchen sink for two weeks maintenance is slow and very sketchy and the maintenance men were aware I had a toddler living here and left screws and nails all on the floor when taking out the cabinets I would not recommend living here it is cheap but not worth 1300 has not been updated at all and bad mold everywhere

Miars Farm is a great place to call "home." These are great, spacious, AFFORDABLE apartments in a a fantastic area, lots of room in bedrooms. You will not find this amount of space for the money anywhere else. I have loved our time here and will always recommend it to others. We have lived here for almost four years, and the only reason we are leaving is because we are expanding our family. The entire staff, especially Stephanie and maintenance crew, are always very helpful to our needs and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The apartments are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are again, always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have lived here for several years and have seen this complex go down hill. Although the apartments are large and spacious the up keep and maintenance is not. They have only 2 maintenance people trying to take care of this huge property that the management should be hiring more people to do. These two individuals cannot take care of everyone’s needs and problems alone but the management doesn’t seem to care. We’ve had a plumbing/sewage problem outside of our building for almost a year and although the maintenance men cannot resolve the issue the property owners refuse to bring in an outside contractor to correct the problem so the tenants are forced to deal with the foul smell and overflow on their sidewalk. These apartments are spacious peaceful homes for families. The staff is wonderful. I have never been more impressed with how fast any and all maintenance or building issues have been addressed. A 24 hour turn around is phenomenal however these individuals typically see that requests are completed the very same day. The office staff is amazing as well, always friendly and accommodating. I am so glad we found this place we now call home.

If you're trying to get in to these apartments please avoid. The management is not responsible for anything not even the thugs who come smoke weed in your building. The nastiness is on another level.
