The worst apartment ever if you want to save a headache don’t apply here , I moved out 5 months ago ago and still my deposits is not returned to me . They never answer the phone , when I do go in the to the office they always closed please guys I repeat don’t apply here ! The rent is cheap but they will raise the rent 2 times in a year which suchs ,

This place is terrible. If you could go anywhere else; do NOT hesitate. Management is non-existent and will avoid you at all costs. The community itself is filthy and trash is overloading into the streets. I have been paying for washer/dryer for months now when it is broken and has been reported MANY times. Any requests for repairs are met with empty promises. However, if you’re late on rent or do not pay for the non-functioning washer/dryer they charge you $50 for and receive threatening letters within 24 hours. This community needs a complete restructure and management that actually cares about the community.

06/11/2025 Whoever is answering phone in this leasing office is rude , and doesn’t care about the community , she doesn’t listen , or have great customer service …if you are going to hire someone in that office make sure they are not racist and care about the community ….. I called speaking English I let my auntie call who speaks Spanish she was completely nice to her all though we got the same outcome she made her feel welcome unlike me ignore and don’t care …

Its impossible to reach someone i the office. Ive been calling for weeks I left vm no has ever contacted me back.

I would give this place no stars but not possible. Please do not believe good reviews, when you need something done in your apartment they will do it if you leave a good review. Lived her for 2 years, never paid late, always waited forever to have something fixed. Pool is never open, parking is horrible!!!! You have to end up parking around the block only to walk over homeless people that sleep on the sidewalk. I moved from this place because my hallway was getting flooded everyday for 3 months and never got fixed, i only had 2 months left on my lease but since they breached the contract and didn't fix the leak I had to move. I fell due to the flood and so did my son. I was nice enough to pay the last month, left my deposit, gave them 30 days and left everything clean. Theses people have
