Under no circumstances work with their associate Anna Bogomazova. Extremely unpleasant individual. She’s been pushing this property she is eager to sell, and I finally gave in. Weeks of turmoil and then she threatened me with blackmail. I’m going to the local police now. She’s trying to destroy my private life because I am not interested in her unit. I suspect she dates individuals in return for referrals. Beyond irritated.

i’ve dealt with this company two times. once for a sale and another for a long term lease. the sale was exceptional. i love my property however the lease part was a huge disaster. from not being able to communicate clearly to not being able to get what was asked for in the beginning. i do not recommend the agent natalie novick. she doesn’t respond when needed. she does not finish paperwork the correct way.

First off, she kept finding us areas that where not in the remote area we requested nor in our price range. My girlfriend finally found a condo from her list online. Not only was she not present to show the condo, she was unresponsive to our text and emails. We finally went to look at the place and since there were not a lot of listings available we rented it. A few weeks in the problems begin. The circuit breaker was no were to be found and workers had to come in and cut holes in our new kitchen cabinets to locate it.
