Horrible, unlivable apartment with an industrial sized heater, a bathroom the size of a closet and the stove didn't work properly. We have video of our carbon monoxide alarm kept going off everytime we used the stove top. We emailed and messaged skye dearen about it and all we got was infamous bob to come look at it, say its wrong and do nthn about it. Then when we leave we cleaned the place spotless, we have photos. Now we cant get a hold of anybody and we're out 350 dollars. If you see This place on any lease forms, RUN.

Signed a lease for a apartment for me and my wife. And we lived like hamster. Maintenance was dismal. And at the end of the lease they charged $350 for cleaning when we took 2 weeks of cleaning top to bottom. The whole apartment was at better condition than when we moved in. Throughout the whole lease we had carbon monoxide alarm that went off which came from their furnished 1950s gas stove they promised to replace it but never did. If you live in Greenville dont sign a lease with this place.

Absolutely fell in love. Showing was self guided but easily accessible and we are very happy with everything so far. Hopefully we can secure this home!!!

We use this company as our management company. They do a fantastic job and are on top of every situation, also do a great job of keeping us involved with everything going on with our properties. Our tenants have told us they are very happy dealing with this company!! Kristen and Skye do an awesome job, we are very happy with them!!!!

These guys will send a neighbor to fix a serious maintenance problem. And they will make you wait all week. Called and called all week not 1 bit of help till Friday. And that was a waste as well. Go figure the neighbor can't fix our problem. Smh
