Mi-Place at Brightmoor

I definitely would not recommend. The process sounds appealing in the beginning, however, they are completely disorganized. They kept throwing random items of what they needed and made things as they go. They wouldn’t initiate the conversation until we asked for an update on the process which was when they threw more items our way to complete. It resulted in us requesting a refund all together. Despite us being told in writing of our refund I’ve been having to continuously check on the status just to find out over a month later the refund was never sent! I was told over a month ago that there was confirmation the refund was finally mailed (their policies refused picking up the check in person or depositing it back into the account). Where do I even start? I feel like I was pressured into taking a first-floor unit I didn’t want, and honestly, I barely stay there because the conditions are terrible. The apartment was infested with roaches from day one. I bombed it myself AND called for an exterminator, and there were still roaches in the hallway. For a “new” complex, that’s ridiculous. Then one day I walk in and the entire apartment smells like sewer. Maintenance had to come fix it—but that wasn’t the only issue. The office staff never answers the phone, never returns voicemails, and maintenance enters your apartment with zero notice or permission. I caught them on my cameras. I could’ve been stepping out of the shower with two men standing in my living room. I have a daughter—this is beyond unacceptable. I’m this clo

Been here a few months and so far really can’t complain about anything. Super quite complex. I rarely ever even see people in our building. Only thing I can say is it’s hard to get someone on the phone when needed from the office. (Minus maintenance, he’s pretty good)

I had the pleasure of being escorted and shown through the complex by Naydine Roman. She carried herself with the epitome of professionalism answered all questions with absolute candor and assured me that this was the place for me. Even through the process of being admitted into the complex Miss Roman ran into some concerns and she handled it efficiently and resolved the issues to my absolute satisfaction. Miss Roman is an asset to this organization and it's obvious of the success of this development is a direct reflection of Miss Roman efforts and professionalism. She joined such individuals as Miss Marguerite in reflecting the standards of a new Endeavor in this market. I'm very thankful that my experience was so positive and the initiation of my tenure in this development.

Before I get into the review about the apartment, I just want to say a big thank you to Margarita for her warm, kind and welcoming hospitality, if it wasn't for her I don't think I would be living at Mi-Place Brightmoor, thank God for her, if we have more people like her representing these company this world will be a better place. The environment (parking lot) of the apartment is up to date, clean and organized, the building I choose it's spacious and comfortable, only one thing I didn't get is a linen closet but apart from that I am so grateful for everything 🙌🏼 🙏🏼 ❤️ 😊
