We recently purchased our own home, and this gentleman was instrumental during the final walkthrough and commissioning stage. He clearly explained how everything in the house works and made sure we felt confident moving in. There were a few minor issues we noticed, and he helped resolve them immediately and professionally. His responsiveness and attention to detail truly stood out. We are very grateful to the company for such an outstanding approach to customer service. I have a new M/I Home in Cologne. It has a bad driveway and its been repaired in multiple areas. I have attached photos of what they are telling me is an acceptable look for a new house driveway. These are just some of the areas that have been patched up.

Overall our experience has been very positive. Early on we had a little hiccup when they came back and said we couldn’t have the elevation we picked. We ended up changing lots which turned out better. We’ve been very impressed with communication all the way through, project timeline (house finished up ahead of schedule), and customer care following closing. Everyone we’ve worked with has been friendly, helpful and responsive.
