We worked with Mary as our new home consultant. She was fantastic every step of the way. Definitely knows what to do and helped us with a couple of customized features. Never felt pressured. Highly recommend visiting Mary if you are looking for a new home! The development is located in a fantastic location off of Alafaya Trail in Oviedo. Quiet gated community (except for the current construction!). Jimmy was our project manager - excellent. Very happy thus far with the quality of the workmanship. All of the walkthroughs were very helpful and really appreciate the process that M/I Homes has in place. Couple of nits: HOA fee is more than we are used to and the 'designer' induction cooktop is disappointing to say the least. Overall very happy!
