M/I Homes Hilltop Point

We had an amazing experience building with M/I Homes! From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding. The entire team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer all of our questions and kept us informed every step of the way! We custom built our home, and the entire process only took 6 months! Everything stayed on track, and the communication throughout was excellent. They even allowed us to bring our own inspector, which gave us so much peace of mind and shows how confident they are in the quality of their homes. Haley was the best! This community is everything me and my wife were looking for, it is nice to find something affordable in this crazy market. The process was very exciting and slow - thanks to my bank - but our realtor Maddi made sure to keep us on the loop throughout and was very easy to work with. We are glad we drove by and decided to check it out. Thank you Maddi! Great location too!!!

This is such a cute neighborhood, not even 10 minutes away from downtown Dade city. I love the food and boutique shops nearby. The sales girls Haley and Maddi are so professional and kind. They are easy to talk to it was a great experience. Haley is the absolute best and was super knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions !!!

We recently visited this community as it was recommended for a friend and were SO pleased! Madison was very sweet and answered all our questions (and we had tons! Lol) we are hoping we can get everything squared away with our current property so that we can seal the deal! We highly recommend Madison!! If I could rate her 10 stars I would!!
