M/I Homes Hawthorn Woods Country Club

We are moving into our new home soon and can't say enough good things about our experience with MI Homes. Marty has been an amazing resource and it always responsive, transparent, and accommodating. Our project manager, Jeff, has kept us up-to-date on the progress of our home and answers any questions we have promptly. We are so excited to get settled in our new community!

This home — and this experience — has been 10 years in the making for our family. She works tirelessly for homeowners — working through snowstorms and somehow helping us pick home colors while wedged between two car seats. We just signed a contract with Marty to purchase a new home. What a great buying experience! Marty quickly got us to the home we wanted, the options we required, and the lot we needed.

While the community here is beautiful (which is in no part due to M&I Homes. It was beautiful before they purchased the remaining lots) their workers and contractors are the most inconsiderate people on the planet! Leaving their trash all over the neighborhood, sitting in their cars at 6:30 am BLASTING their music, parking in front of fire hydrants( which is illegal!!), speeding through the neighborhood, and blocking people's driveways. These issues have been brought up to them multiple times and NOTHING has been done. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST!
