Was out and about searching for the right look in our next home purchase. The wife has some very specific needs like "a mud room" and "kids play area" that's not on top of us when we want to watch TV. Came upon Estancia West and had to take a look at the model. John Gordon was very knowledgeable and understood what we were looking for. He actually spent the time to talk us through the different plans. It was nice because most now just tell you to "scan a QR code" which is an immediate turn off. I will be calling John soon to setup the next steps.
